LONELY ROAD CONFERENCE 2027.
Desire of the Conference...
We are highly anticipating the 2027 LRC. Our theme will be “The Sanctity of Life.” The desire is to emphasis that God alone is the creator and sustainer of life. In God’s Word we find him alone to be the author of life and death. As with all of our previous conferences the basis of our message is the Word of God.
“And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:” Hebrews 9:27
“I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:” Deuteronomy 30:19
We greatly appreciate Calvary Baptist Church being an amazing host for the first five LRC. If in the future they host another I know they will continue to do a great job. This year Faith Baptist Church of Oak Grove, MO will be hosting our first LRC. Our church has been anticipating this opportunity. We will continue the format utilized to make the previous conferences such a success and blessing.
Our theme runs with the heart of our ministry. We are living in a nation obsessed with death and self-destruction. Abortion, murder and suicide are the leading cause of death in far too many of our cities. Many families in churches today have endured the loss of a loved one or friend who chose to end their own lives. Our nation is losing hope, which only comes from having eternal hope in Jesus Christ. Even Christians can get low and contemplate ending their own lives. We need to be reassured there is always hope in our God.
Then there is the hopelessness of desiring to bring life into this world and being disappointed for months or years. Having built a loving and safe home, many couples struggle to conceive the child they desire. Some couples, after having a child or children, assume they will have more only to endure an endless wait. Some of these same couples have endured the loss of a child.
The truth is God is the giver of life. Every life is special to God and sanctified to bring Him glory, first by accepting His Son as their personal Saviour. Our desire is to help aide in the understanding, provide hope and encouragement from Gods Word about the sanctity of life.

Anyone is welcome to attend and enjoy the preaching and fellowship. However, the conference will particularly be helpful for those dealing with infertility, loss, or other life changing events.

On Friday evening there will be two preaching sessions and on Saturday morning there will be three preaching sessions, followed by lunch on the grounds.
